Hi there
We have a program here at Blaffer Gallery, the art museum of the University
of Houston, that is called MAQ.  This stands for mobile art quest, and it is
a double wide that has been converted into a three room experience.  Room
one is a place with interactive displays that teach about the different
elements of art.  Depth of field, color, texture, etc.  Then you walk
through a darkroom revolving door and you move to a room that has a peg
board with plex behind it.  There are many shapes that the kids can put on
the board and then they project a background behind them.  They take a
picture with a digital camera and then go through another door.  In the last
room there is seating and the go through a critique of the experience.
The program travels through out the school year to elementary school.
