Comprehensive Interpretive Plans: A Framework of Questions 

If your institution is considering embarking on creating an interpretive plan, the series of questions that Marianna Adams and Judy Koke provide in this article, in the current issue of the Journal of Museum Education, is invaluable for getting you started.
