Curator of Exhibits

The State Historical Society of North Dakota seeks an experienced, creative,
team-oriented individual, with leadership ability, to head its exhibits
department.  Responsibilities include management, design, and fabrication of
museum, historic sites, and traveling exhibits. Must have developed
communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a working
knowledge of exhibit design, fabrication techniques, computer graphics.
Experience in budget and contract management desirable.

Requires a Masters Degree plus three years exhibit design and production
experience in a museum-related field, with one year in a supervisory
capacity.

Candidates are asked to submit current resume, portfolio of exhibition work,
and three references.
