Indigo - Congratulations on spotting the devil and taking him on!
I remember at least once when, after the interview, I withdrew myself from
consideration.  The interviewer had offended me with a question about
strident feminists that I regarded as biased and inappropriate.  Although I
was probably no longer under consideration, I gained a sense of control.
Bottom line is to know your limits and respect them.
