The Troy Museum & Historic Village (Michigan) is seeking proposals for
providing an Interpretive Master Plan. Full details are available on
www.mitn.info, under "Interpretive Master Plan for the Troy Museum and
Historic Village." Deadline is April 28, 2009.

Sealed proposals for INTERPRETIVE MASTER PLAN CONSULTING SERVICES will
be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W.
Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084, on or before 10:00 a.m. EDT on Tuesday,
April 28, 2009.  A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for
Thursday, April 16, 2009 - 10:00 a.m. - at the Troy Museum and Historic
Village, 60 W. Wattles Road, Troy, Michigan. This will be the only
opportunity for bidders to examine the premises. Six (6) copies of the
complete package shall be submitted at the time of proposal submission.
In addition, proposals must include a letter or insurance certificate
from the proposers insurance agent or carrier that the insurance to be
supplied will meet specifications. A sample interpretive master plan
document must be included with your submitted proposal. This document
will become the property of the City of Troy. For additional information
or questions concerning this project, please contact Ms. Loraine
Campbell, Museum Manager, at (248) 524-3301. 

The RFP document is available on the MITN e-Procurement website hosted
by BidNet. If you are interested in bidding on this project, please go
to www.mitn.info and register as a vendor.  You will be able to select
an automatic notification option if your company chooses to do so. If
the automatic notification option is selected, please make sure to
Commodity Code your company for #918-32, Consulting Services.  After
registration has occurred, you can download the above referenced
proposal documents.
