I'm working with the director of a small non-profit to write a job description. The organization has never done this before and would be grateful if any directors of small museums would be willing to share their job descriptions with me. 

I'm looking for really small museums, where the director does almost everything with the help of a couple part-time staff or volunteers for office work and grounds maintenance.
