I received the same email and asked them a couple of questions as well as doing a little research on my own. Basically, from what I learned, they don't do really any editing of their publications and only print on demand. A source I read said that it was basically better for you not to be published than to use this to publish anything. (I can't remember the source as I read this in late April or early May, shortly after my thesis was added to the university's online server). Also, I found a few grammatical errors in the email they sent, which definitely didn't help them.
I have gotten a few emails since I told them I was not interested and have just ignored them.

However, upon receiving a link to register, I was asked for birthday,SSN, and asked to select how I would like to receive royalty payments "via Paypal, or bank transfer." This sounds extremely fishy. Just wanted to see if anyone else has dealt with this company. I am copying the first email I received from this company.
