In the Northeast USA, the only pronunciation I've ever heard had the
accent on the first syllable: AH-g@h-see, with the second syllable's
vowel reduced to a schwa.  The <A> in the first syllable resembles the
<a> in <drag> or <at> (again, Northeast USA pronunciations), rather than
the more breathy sound requested by doctors ("Say <Ah>").
