All - In order to get the best and latest costs, you will need to contact
several contractors who build only specialized commercial buildings (not
your run-of-the-mill office building.) Then contact several architectural
firms that have designed buildings with requirements similiar to what a
museum would need. Don't take up a lot of their time. Just tell them you
are doing a preliminary needs assessment & only need a "ballpark" figure.
This will save you a lot of time & frustration. Hope this helps.
