Hello all:

Is anyone out there in museum-friendly cyberspace familiar with an
artist named Ben Woods?  I have been attempting to research a painting,
dating to the 1960s, that depicts a beach with figures and is signed "Ben
Woods."

I have been unable to find the artist in the usual references (Groves,
Benezit) or on the web (Getty Artist Names and other searches), so I
fear he is somewhat obscure.  If, by chance, anyone may be able to
provide me with any information about Woods, I would be greatly
appreciative.
