I newer judge a picture from printed material oder photographs, I newer judge 
such a picture from jpgs. But: being curiosly enough, I had a look. But sorry, 
it looked to me like a bad, bad 20th cent. joke! And I don't "believe" in 
decoding signatures and  monograms so fast and do not "believe" in all 
kind of Benezits. Why don't you ask museum people (specialists) near you?
