If Francois is looking for performance evaluation infor.  Art Wolf,
Museum of the Rockies, did a session on Measuring Quality and Mission
Fulfilliment at the recent Museum Management Program at the University of
Colorado.  If this is the case, I would be happy to share this information
with Francois, or provide address information for Art.
