If you meet the criteria and have the time, this sounds like a good use of a
MAP I from IMS.  The AAM can help you with that immediately.  A quick call to
the folks at the Tennessee Association of Museums could put you in touch with
local middle and east Tennessee talent.  Alvin Gearhardt [sic?] is close to
you.  He has been a mentor to many of us and will help.
