For all you visitor studies buffs, I attach a message I have just received from
Fritz Waidacher, who has very kindly, and very quickly, more than doubled the
bibliography I had put together and which many of you have received recently.

It now contains material from all over the English and German-speaking world.

If colleagues would care to provide me with further bibliographic references IN
ANY LANGUAGE, I would be happy to take on, as a special project, the task of
keeping it continuously updated and posted to any list or site which could make
it electronically available to users world-wide. Perhaps the easiest way would
be to add it to our own WWW site and link it to any list or site that would be
interested and/or appropriate.

I have been happy to send you all hard copies and I very much appreciate all
the nice thank-you notes I have received and the new friends I have made in the
process. However, I think the time has done to do something much more
"universal", both in content and in accessability. I am very grateful to Fritz
for having kicked me in the right direction.

Thanks, Fritz; you've made yet another in your long list of contributions to
the profession!
