Hey Eugene...

Glad to find someone else in the animal biz on this list. I'm the
Exhibits Coordinator at a small nature center in south Florida. In
addition to developing signage and computer-based educational
programs I'm also responsible for the terrestrial animals (mostly
snakes and tortoises). BTW, I'm not "lurking"! Although about 95%
of the messages on this board are not useful to me, the remaining 5%
makes wading through a ton of mail each day worthwhile.

Wish I could help you with locating Percival, but it doesn't ring a
bell. If you do locate them please let me know how to contact them.
My boss wants me to start a captive breeding program for snakes, so
I'll be needing incubators. I'll ask at work if anyone has heard of
the company. In the meantime, you could look in an atlas and call
info for the 5 or 10 largest cities in Iowa. It COULD work!

I just checked your address and it indicates that you work in the
Geology department at Field. What are you guys doing with critters?
BTW, I'm currently working on an exhibit of sands of the world. I
have lots of samples from certain geographic regions and none or few
from others, and am severely under-represented for sands from
riverine, lacustrine and glacial sources. Any chance you have some
spare sand you'd like to trade?
