BENEFITS ANALYST

The Metropolitan Museum of Art, one of the world's finest museums, seeks a Benefit Analyst for the Human Resources Department.  This position is responsible for assisting with the overall planning and administration of all Employee Benefits programs.  Responsibilities include planning and administering all leave policies, including FLMA, overseeing Workers Compensation, ADA, unemployment, garnishments and employee loan policies.  Preparing 5500 forms and monitoring plans for compliance, performing data analysis, writing and generating advanced reports, and working with Museum Benefits consultants, actuaries, and plan representatives.  The ideal candidate must have five years benefits plan experience and knowledge of HRIS (Lawson and Crystal preferred).  Supervisory experience is desirable.  B.A. degree is required.
