I'm writing my Museum Studies graduate thesis on experiential museums, and
one of the three I focussed on was the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum. I
remember hearing somewhere that the success of the USHMM had inspired the
creation of other narrative history museums, one of which deals with
slavery. So, two questions - does anyone know that name/location of the
museum regarding slavery? and does anyone know of any other experiential or
narrative history museums that trace their influence to the USHMM?

Thanks,
Erica
