Hello,

I am searching for a well written and concise (easy on
the legalize) form used for donatations of objects to
museums? My firm is designing a small museum and
people are beginning to offer objects.

If anyone is willing to share, I would appreciate it.
Thank you so much.

[My question has most likely been asked before but
searching the archives is a bit time consuming at the
moment]

Elizabeth
