Back in the 1980s there was an organization in Chicago that I seem to recall
had an art exhibit by crime survivors.  The organization is VOICES In Action
and it had members nationwide.  I no longer have their address or phone
number.
I would suspect that other large crime survivors organization might have
knowledge of such artists.

It will be interesting to hear what others suggest.
