I am in the process of separating the collection into a permanent
collection and a "work- study" collection. The permanent collection
consists of "fine art" objects that will go on display while the
"work-study" collections are meant to be hands on objects. Both of
the groups are accessioned into the collection but how do you recommend
denoting whether the objects are "work-study" or "fine art" object in
the database as well as files (object files etc.).

Christie
