Good Afternoon:
My firm, Westlake, Reed and Leskosky Architects specializes in museum
design. We are a vertically integrated design firm. In addition to
architects, our firm is comprised of mechanical, electrical and plumbing
engineers, along with lighting specialists, acousticians and exhibit
designers.
Our team features extensive experience in the design of museums and
other cultural facilities. Because all of our specialists work under the
same roof we are essentially a one-stop shop for all types of museum and
interpretive center design. Our firm is very innovative and many
technologies, such as laminar air flow systems, originated in our
offices.
We work nationally and some of our most recent projects include the
International Spy Museum in Washington D.C., The Yuma, Ariz., Theater
and Museum and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland. We also
specialize in the renovation of historic structures and are currently
working on the Museum of the Mob in the historic downtown post office in
Las Vegas.
Please feel free to contact me or visit our website at www.wrldesign.com
Thanks,

Subject: [MUSEUM-L] seeking engineering experts

Hi everyone --

I am interested in obtaining recommendations and contact information for

West Coast/Pacific NW consultants with engineering expertise relating to

the design of museum curation facilities, in particular with regard to
new buildings and environmental controls.

Many thanks!
