I am currently working with a corporate art collection to establish their
collections care and collections management program and am looking for
appropriate equipment to move objects inside their building. Many years ago,
when I worked in art museums we had painting moving equipment that we either
called A-frame trucks or cantilever carts (depending upon their design). I
can't remember whether these were made in-house or whether they were
purchased.

At any rate, I am looking for a supplier of proper equipment to move
paintings and other framed objects. These range in size from 2' x 3' on up
to 8' x 10' or larger. Anyone have any suggestions for vendors or where to
turn? Anyone have any that they really like? or dislike? This organization
has an in-house shop where they may be able to make the carts, so if anyone
has any plans they would be willing to share with us if we can't find a
vendor, we would be most appreciative.

Thanks in advance.
