Greetings Listers,

We are incorporating "Docent Field Trips" to local historical sites into
our Volunteer program. The museum provides all transportation. Does
anyone have experiences or horror stories about the legal issues
surrounding taking volunteers off-site? Do you use "Docent Permission
Slips" before such excursions? Most of my volunteers are retired and
I'm concerned both for their health/safety and preventing a potential
liability for the museum.

Please excuse cross-postings.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions,

Allison C. Reid
