I work part-time supervising event at a historic house.  I don't know if
your situation is the same as ours, because we have a seperate building
behind the actaull historic house where we hold our events and let people
serve food.  No food or drink of any kind is allowed inside the actualy
historic house itself.

I will try and find a copy of rules for caterers and send it to you.
