But the point is still valid, whether we are talking about "owners,"
boards, or municipal/county/state/federal governments.  If we simply resign
ourselves to our plight, nothing will ever change.

I think you might want to site another example unless of course you feel we
are exploited as museum employees.  I reall don't see the "owners" of
museum's reaping who profits and making fortunes off the sweat of our
brows.
Certainly this was the case with dock and factory workers.
