I am looking for front end studies or other visitor surveys that might
indicate the knowledge that museum visitors have on technology. Railroad
technology is the specific area I am working on at the Museum of
Transportation in St. Louis. But, as we also have automotive, aviation, and
maritime exhibits as will I am also interested in any surveys on these or
related technologies. I feel there will be insights in a survey about any
similar type of technology knowledge that will be of help to us. If you are
interested in seeing what the Museum of Transportation is all about go to
www.museumoftransport.org for a look. Science centers, transportation,
aircraft, automobile, maritime or naval museums may have what we are looking
for, or know where we might look for this type of material. Replies can be
sent to me off list at [log in to unmask]
