          Sources for archival funding: (thought the whole list might
          be interested). NEH has a program for "preservation and
          access". IMS has a conservation program which funds surveys
          as well as specific conservation activities. The Department
          of Education used to have an archives program but it was
          de-funded this past year, I think. That's about all I know
          about on the Federal level. Some states also have programs,
          and there are foundations such as Kress which support the
          hiring and training of archival interns.
