We are in the process of carrying out some renovations in art storage.
Part of the concrete floor is, unfortunately, carpeted. We intend to
remove the carpet, strip remaining adhesive and seal/finish the slab.
Our Physical Plant has recommended a water-borne epoxy type finish. Are
there specific products or alternatives for finishing the slab that are
recommended or preferred? This finish needs to be durable of course but
I would like to use material that will have minimal odor/vapor impact.
Thank you, have a great summer.
