Theresa, I don't recall if your question was answered in this way, but
personally I have a horror of accessioning or cataloging "pr" materials as
part of the collection--at this museum ,and at others I have worked for, we
have created a corporate archive, with photos, printed material, clippings
etc.  It is marked clearly as that and stored in the archives, so with lick
no one will decide to accession it someday!
