Since MCN-L seems to be broken, I thought I might post this here:

Has anyone here selected and implemented their own Food and Beverage
POS/Inventory system?

So far, I've only spoken to people who have outsourced the system along
with the vendor, but I'm sure there are people out there who do it all
in-house. Does anybody implement their own POS system, but still contract
an outside company to do the actual catering?

If you've dealt with Food & Beverage POS lately, I'd like to talk to you,
too.

Thanks!
