This looks like a candidate for a couple of places:

3.  Your local public library.

Charity Channel is apt to have a good deal of
information about annual reports since they are
generalized to the nonprofit sector as opposed to
specifically a museum-type thing.

If you have folks who want to exchange documents, I
suggest you use MuseDocs.  The offeror uploads the
documents once; you can have a plethora of offerees
downloading at their discretion.

You may find quality sources of data and/or samples at
your public library.  You may find resources there
that can guide you in the construction of your report.
