QUESTION THREE
When looking for a new job and thinking about
relocating, where are some of the "hottest" places to
go on the east coast - other than New York and D.C.?

From research I have done, I have found that
Pittsburgh, PA and Savannah, GA are two smaller cities
with a multitude of cultural institutions.  Any other
recommendations?
