Anne Douglas recently requested info/suggestions for websites that
provide current and future exhibits listings for art museums .. and
the indefatigable Indago Nights offered ..

>Have you checked out http://www.museumstuff.com ?

Ah! - Yes, 'tis true MuseumStuff.com does offer an events listing
"zone" .. however the overly-fatigued webmaster has sadly allowed
this particular offering to slide away to the dank dark
cyber-basement ..

However .. I would enjoy revitalizing the events area .. so .. why
not POST YOUR MUSEUM EVENT .. It's FREE .. Simply visit ..

http://www.museumstuff.com/events .. and follow the "add your event" link.

Regarding "other" recommended resources .. here are 3 that may be of
assistance:

(1) - http://www.culturefinder.com
This site has recently undergone a transition from free to paid
listings (a common phenomenon in light of the dot-com financial
meltdown) .. One nice feature of this site is they "feed" their data
to other media sources, such as Yahoo, the New York Times, etc etc.

(2) - http://www.whatsgoingon.com
Geared more towards "unusual" events of an annual nature, but this
may be a good listing resource for some museums .. listings are free,
and they too "feed" data to other media

(3) - http://www.wwevents.com
another free listing service .. this one may be of more value to
museums, as it is geared towards events of all types. And yes (do you
notice a theme here?) .. they too "feed" data to other media
