November 18, 1999  Using Network Technology to Enhance Community
     Connections: Lessons from Model Projects
     Lamott DuPont, Telcommunication  Infrastructuer Assistance Program
     (TIIAP),  Program Officer,will use experiences from TIIAP supported
     model projects to explore the impact of technology on lifelong
     learning and evaluation methods for network-based projects.
