What can't you just say, "Due to the X nature of this exhibit, it is
recommended for mature audiences only." X can be whatever descriptor
you want - sexual, political, violent, controversial, etc.

Of course, you do know that putting such a lable on your exhibit will
immediately increase attendance just because people are curious. :)
