Dear Pamela,

Assuming the B-72 has been applied to the proper
materials (i.e.: not painted, plastic, porous, or
lacquered surfaces) it is reversible using acetone,
xylene, or toluene. We use acetone, and try not to
breath while doing it. Acetone is the least toxic, but
it still kills brain cells!! I personally keep the
bottle covered except to quickly dip the swab in and
out. Use a saturated cotton swab, and gently rub over
the numbered area until the B-72 is removed. You might
need to use more than one swab to complete the
removal. We had the used cotton swabs tested by our
haz-mat department (of the city) and they came back
clean, so they are safe and "ok" to throw in the trash
once they have dried.

Hope this is helpful.

regards,
Fay Bisbee
