I don't know if anyone has tried this before, but I think it is a great idea.
It is definitely something I would have wanted to be involved in as a
precocious fourth-grader who loved history and museums! Memberships,
especially the cards and mailings, make a kid feel "adult" and I think it's a
great way to foster the importance of membership early on. I hope it works
out for you. As a student, I wish there were more "student" membership
categories out there.
