I'm sorry the gopher address didn't work. As I included two, tell me
which one didn't work, and I'll try to see what the proplem is.
The ICOMOS version should be:
gopher://hpb1.hwc.ca:10000/00/.icomos/internet/irg308
 
That is, find the ICOMOS gopher (International Council on Monuments
and Sites) under "International Organizations", choose "Related
Internet Resources and Links" and then choose the "Internet Resource
Guide".  The _port_ number in the former address is critical; it is
automatic in the second route described.
 
I will send you separately a copy of the resource guide.
