I have been catching up with my e-mail today, I have read (I think all) of
the mail in this thread and was struck by the following thought. I you look
up the word curator in the dictionary is defines a curator as someone who
cares such as a person who works in a museum. There is lots of types of
"care" that takes place and it is not only in regards to the collections. We
care for the educational experiences of our visitors or the level and
quality of our exhibits for example. What differentiates one "curator" from
another is what they care for. Therefore, titles such as Curator of
Collections, Curator of Education, Curator of Interpretation are
appropriate.

Just my thoughts
Thanks
Tracie
