Dear Chris-
The mushrooms you describe are of the genus Amanita. I don't know why they
are considered "lucky" unless this is some sort of joke birthday greeting.
Amanita 'shrooms are well-known for their poisonous, sometimes lethal,
effects. I'm not sure I'd be laughing if I got the card.
BTW, are the boy & girl smiling devlish grins??
