Color reproduction (either photo or litho) should not be a problem if the
photographer uses the correct light source for the film and includes a
standard color scale (lit as is the object, of course) somewhere in the
frame.  Since relatively few objets exactly fill the film format, it is
not normally necessary to reduce the size of the object to find some
extra space in the frame for this purpose.  I habitually include a color
scale, a gray scale, and the object number in each frame (even when
