Thank you to everyone who responded to my posting- you guys are the best!
It's wonderful to have such an intelligent, responsive bunch of people to
talk to, and to know that my instincts were correct.   Our lawyer has sent a
letter to the patron's lawyer- hopefully, the matter will fade away.

And Candace, thank you for the offer to hide in your office- you are welcome
to come to hide out here on the other coast if you need to escape the gay
fraktur issue!
