In terms of people having access to the net, I agree not everyone has the
money to get hooked up or even use a service that provides full access.
However, if anyone has even only e-mail access they have the ability to fully
utilize the net(including ftp and www, etc.) all you have to do is send an
e-mail message to:

[log in to unmask] (for US/Canada)
leave the subject blank and type in the body of the message:

GET INTERNET BY-EMAIL NETTRAIN F=MAIL

or [log in to unmask] (for UK/Europe/etc.)
leave subject blank and type this in the body of the message

    send lis-iis e-access-inet.txt

So this should help some of you out there who would love to explore the net
but just can't. it should also help those that have full access but get tired
of drumming your fingers during those long searches. since this happens all
via e-mail the only waiting is for the response.
NO MORE WASTED TIME ONLINE.
