> We are interested in improving our website and access to information in our permanent collection and past exhibitions. We have a web designer but are interested in hearing from those in the know in the museum world about what they have learned.

Would you please share one or all of the following with me:
1. Shareholder surveys on technology - e.g. surveys of teachers about what they would use most, membership surveys, etc.. I am interested in survey results and in formats.

2. Things you have done on your website that have worked well or really flopped.

3. The amount of increased usage on your site as a result of new materials or numbers of people accessing you educational technology.

4. Who do you consider to be the major users of your technology.

Many thanks
