I do look for volunteer and intern experience but I also look to see  
what computer programs you know.  If you know museum databases like  
PastPerfect or anyother that is a big thing for me along with Adobe  
programs like Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator. since we do all of our  
exhibits in house.
