I did not accept any of the funds received by operating grants I wrote,
due to the small museum and the tight budget.  However, grant writers
receive funds for their work, which is what I was hired to do and
why my wages were less.  A legal attorney and the board approved the
action, but the small museum was not aware of the ethics involved prior
to this.  I did assist them to develop a museum policy and accept a code
of ethics.  Thanks for your comments.
