Hi Linda....Staunton, VA does the 4th of July up BIG!  You might want to
try Staunton Fabric Center at 540-886-8001 and ask them about it.  I see
a number of our Victorian homes around town with bunting, and I believe
that is the source of it.  Good luck and please say hi to all the folks
