I posted this question some weeks ago, and got no repsonse... I thought I'd give it another try.

I am looking for sample agreements between local government-run museums (city or county) and non-profit organizations (historical societies, "friends" organizations, etc.) that provide financial, volunteer, and promotional support.

If you have a good sample document to share, please email off list, or post to the Muse-docs site.  I already have the sample documents offered by the AAM.
