For those in the Washington, D.C. region:

The Museum Studies Program invites you to attend a talk by Dr. Savia Viegas, University of Bombay, India on "Visitors to an Indian Museum."
Savia is affliated with our department this year on a research Fulbright grant. Her study is a fascinating one as it considers visitors to the
Chattrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangbralaya (formerly Prince of Wales Museum). This is India's largest museum and it attracts an estimated
2.5 million visitors per year.

Bring your lunch and join us on March 9th at noon in the Museum Studies/Human Sciences Conference Room at 2035 F Street NW.
