  Somone looking for a Ph.D. dissertation want to try contacting the
Center for Research Libraries, either online : (http://www.crl.edu/) or
through your InterLibrary Loan office. They specialize in finding
dissertations, esp. foreign ones. I realize that this poster is not
located in the U.S. but I will bet that the poster will find the CRL
folks willing to give this request a try.
